I'm traveling to the USA, how can I receive my equipment?
We offer two convenient methods to get you online as quickly as possible:
1. We can send your equipment in advance for pickup at any UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service, Post Office).
Once you arrive into the USA, you would simply visit the location and present a valid ID to retrieve your hotspot/router.
2. We can send your equipment to your first stop in the USA.
You would just need to make sure someone is aware it is coming and can accept it. Or, we can have it arrive within 1-3 days of your arrival.
What if I have my own equipment?
