In order to answer your request as quickly as possible we ask that you respond to the email acknowledgement and inform us of the following:

1. Please remove the battery (on models that the battery is removable) and remove the power cable. After 30 seconds reinstall the battery and power cord.
2. If you are still without acceptable service, the next step is a factory reset. (please review your device manual)
3. Device not powering on? Is your device plugged into a powered outlet? Plug a lamp or other device into the outlet to make sure it's working.
4. Is the power cord to your device properly seated and powered properly?
